Pennant Village was built in 1962 on a 35 acre, three-sided mesa, in University City. There are 128 homes, a mix of; 30 single, 46 duplex, and 52 town home units.
Pennant Village's biggest asset is its residents. Our culturally diverse community is active, friendly and social. Neighbors are not just neighbors, they're friends. We are child and pet friendly too. We have annual summer and holiday parties at the clubhouse for all our residents. Young and old alike have a lot of fun socializing, sharing a potluck meal, playing games, and singing songs.
